Annika Ehrlich is certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in the care of patients with headache disorders at UCSF Health, she is a certified Neuroscience Nurse and has an Additional Qualification in Headache from the National Headache Foundation. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the UCSF School of Nursing, where she is also a volunteer Assistant Clinical Professor. Dr. Ehrlich is the Vice-President of the Executive Board with the Alliance for Headache Disorders Advocacy and serves as the Social Media and Advocacy Director on the Board of the Headache Cooperative of the Pacific. An active member of the American Headache Society (AHS), she was chosen as a 2022-2023 Emerging Leader, and is the current chair of the AHS Advanced Practice Provider special interest section. She is passionate about educating fellow advanced practice providers about migraine and headache disorders and increasing access to care for patients, and is a national lecturer and author of numerous scientific articles on headache and migraine.
