For users who recently took the BLS (or PALS/ACLS) course and need to retrieve their e-certificate/certificate, the easiest way to find it is below:

  1. Go to a UCSF RQI skills cart, select your desired course, and log in with Duo. A window will open that says “You have completed the course”.
  2. When the course page loads, select “launch” in the upper right corner to launch (not re-start) your completed course.
  3. Click the button that says “email certificate” to enter your email address. Make sure your email address is correct before saving it.
  4. You can also complete the course evaluation (and request CE credit for ACLS/PALS) there.
