The Leading a Culture of EBP Program is a two-day program that focuses on building leader capacity for evidence-based practice. This program prepares leaders to lead a culture of clinical inquiry within an EBP culture.
Following completion of the program, participants will be able to:
- Discuss the key leadership strategies to ignite and sustain EBP in healthcare.
- Discuss outcomes that result when leaders implement evidence-based decisions and create a culture that supports evidence-based practice.
- Identify key steps in leading and sustaining organizational change initiatives.
- Describe barriers and facilitators of EBP and system-wide change in an organization.
- Discuss strategies in building and sustaining a robust EBP infrastructure, including return on investment and value of investment.
