Leveling Up with Healthcare Finance is a three-part interactive workshop series designed to help healthcare leaders understand and apply essential financial concepts within their day-to-day work. Participants will explore how healthcare is financed in the U.S., how external and internal forces impact health system finances, and how leaders at different levels influence an organization’s financial health.
Regional healthcare leaders share real examples, strategies, and tools that help translate financial principles into practice. Each session builds knowledge, offering increasing depth while staying grounded in the realities of frontline leadership.
This series is especially valuable for clinical and administrative leaders seeking to make informed decisions, manage resources effectively, and better understand the financial implications of their work.
