Program Completion
Participants must be available for all planned sessions when accepting their space in their registered program. Attending the entire program and completing the program evaluations are required for awarding contact hours and a certificate of completion. Partial credit is not awarded.
Participants are required to attend a minimum of 80% of the program content to be eligible for a certificate of completion and contact hours. Leadership Institute programs with live components cover crucial information related to the topic area and are not recorded. Please notify program staff if you are unable to attend any portion of your scheduled program.

No refunds will be given for participants who do not show up for the program or who partially attend program sessions.
Cancellation by UCSF Leadership Institute
Schedules, venues and details are subject to change and cancellation. Registered participants will be provided with as much advance notice as possible if this should occur. If the UCSF Leadership Institute cancels a program, a full refund will be given.
